Flexbox Part (10) – || flex-basis & flex shorthand

  • The css flexbox makes it easier to design flexible responsive layout structure without using float or positioning.
  • The flex-basis property specifies the initial size of a flex item.
  • The default value for flex-basis is auto;
  • flex is a shorthand for flex-grow, flex-shrink and flex-basis.
  • flex shrink and flex basis are optional.
  • The default value for flex is: flex: 0 1 auto;
